Grab a cup of tea and join the discussion about starting a meditation practice. WE'll talk about the road blocks, tools to get past them, and review some of the popular meditation apps.
Closing with a guided meditation on gratitude.

Join us to take a few moments during a busy season to take a deep breath, enjoy a de-stress flow, warm your soul with a cup of tea, hot chocolate, or maybe a Young Living Chai!
Wear your ugly sweater, come relax, and mingle.

Bring a board to create a vision of the best version of yourself yet. We'll create a visual representation of your intentions, goals, and promises for the new year. Snacks, art supplies, discussion, and encouragment will be provided.
