Summer Self Defense Beginner Series

Saturday, June 15 thru July 20th at 9:30 AM

Sunday, June 16 thru July 21st at 4:00 PM

This is a course that offers the students the skills necessary to defend themselves confidently from an attack. It is designed to be able to be used by anyone regardless of age, size or strength. It focuses on concepts of combat, anatomy and physiology as opposed to specific techniques that one must repeat until perfected. What this course will offer is defense skills, but more importantly, confidence. Ages 13-Adult welcome. Join John and Harmony for 1 session or all 6.
